- 30 states have state False Claims Acts and whistleblowers in these states can report fraud and file an award claim based on the U.S. False Claims Act, State False Claims Act, SEC and the rest. In states without a False Claims Act, whistleblowers can still earn cash bounties but the claim is made under the Federal program;
- We are admitted to practice in many Federal Courts across the nation, for state actions we have either an office, local counsel or lawyers licensed in that state.
